Our Return & Exchange Spell

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive your return at our haunted warehouse:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days to inspect your returned items
  • Refund Issuance: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue store credit immediately upon approval

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For the safety of all our ghostly guests, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened Makeup & Face Paint (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used Costume Accessories that contact the skin directly
  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items
  • Final Sale Items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • TV & Movie Decor that has been assembled or used

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
  • We’ll cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send replacement items right away or provide a full refund – no need to return the damaged goods!
